Our Story
Healthycookingbasics was founded with a singular vision: to bridge the gap between nutritional knowledge and practical cooking skills. We recognized that many people understand *why* they should eat well, but struggle with the *how*—the everyday techniques, ingredient combinations, and meal planning strategies that transform intention into habit.
Our founding team, comprised of experienced chefs, nutrition educators, and wellness advocates, came together to create an online learning platform that speaks to real home cooks. We believe that healthy eating should not be complicated, intimidating, or disconnected from the joy of preparing food.

She trained in contemporary European cuisine and specializes in transforming traditional Polish recipes through modern, health-conscious techniques. Her teaching philosophy centers on building confidence through foundational skills and creative exploration.
Katarzyna Lewandowska
Nutrition Education Specialist
Katarzyna has a background in food science and nutrition, focusing on practical education for households. She designs our curriculum to bridge the gap between nutritional science and everyday cooking. Why We Do This
We founded Healthycookingbasics because we believe that the kitchen is one of the most powerful places for positive change in a person's life.
